Our CAS will help you to

• manage current challenges by choosing relevant courses.
• expand your knowledge base and your competencies without having to invest years into a degree program.
• delve into a select subject and at the same time keep the doors open to continue in a doctoral program (D.Min.)

Admission requirement: Master’s degree in a related subject area (or equivalent).

We offer two CAS (9 SE = 15 ECTS):

CAS Wisdom Leadership

Designed for leaders in Christian ministry who seek to develop their leadership competencies towards „wisdom leadership“ beyond a graduate degree.

Goals: 

• Reflect and expand on central issues of leadership as you focus on your ministry context.
• Explore current topics on leadership from a biblical-theological perspective.
• Develop your leadership potential.

CAS Theology & Education

Designed for leaders in theological education who seek to develop their competencies in teaching and learning beyond a graduate degree.

Goals:

• Reflect on and expand your expertise in current core issues relating to theological eduaction.
• Explore current pedagogical topics in theological education from a biblical-theological perspective.
• Develop your educational program: implement learner-centered, outcome and competence oriented teaching and learning processes in your context.
