This course applies principles from Strategic Management and Organizational Development to the leadership practice in non-profit and church-related organizations. Goal orientation and the development of efficient structures will be emphasized. The course also takes theological, ethical and intercultural aspects into consideration.

Usually offered every two years.

This course includes three phases:

Pre-class: online (Moodle), one week study time prior to live video class.

Class: online (live video/Moodle), five Saturdays with 5 hours each of live video class (9:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:30 p.m.).

Post-class: online (Moodle), all assignments must be submitted 8 weeks after 5th Saturday.
