We experience many wonderful things with students, guests and teachers at AWM, yet we are also conscious that our ministry is often challenging and challenged. AWM is a place where cross-cultural workers deal with their experiences. Fairly often they are challenged to rethink long held convictions and dearly held opinions - and to engage with thoughts and concepts that are new to them.
At the same time, due to our highly flexible course structure, our staff is constantly adjusting to new guests and students, new procedures and tasks.
It would be naive to think that all this happens without occassional frictions and we are thankful for all who pray for us! Currently our Prayer Letter is issued only in German and we would be happy to send it to you.
Support us financially
Like any non-profit organisation we are dependent on donations. Approximately 40% of our Budget is covered through our income (Fees and Tuition). Our shareholders underwrite about 30% and the remaing 30% comes from foundations, other organisations and gracious donors.
