This course introduces practical approaches to transformative development, with a particular focus on project cycle management grounded in Christian values. What is a biblical understanding of poverty and development? How can meaningful participation, ownership, and identification among the target group be fostered? What is the role of development practitioners in facilitating change? How can project planning and implementation processes be designed to promote sustainable, holistic, and lasting transformation?
Leistungsnachweise können auf Deutsch eingereicht werden. Je nach Zusammensetzung der Kursteilnehmer kann der Unterricht auch auf Deutsch stattfinden.

Unterrichtsphase je ein Abendtermin mit 2,5 h Video-Unterricht (live) pro Woche, dazwischen Eigenarbeit (insgesamt ca. 80-90 Stunden)
Nacharbeit Fertigstellung der Leistungsnachweise (insgesamt 45-55 Stunden)
