Transformational Leadership - FULLY ONLINE

This course will be taught via video conferencing (Zoom)!

In this course you will study the biblical principles of transformational leadership. Special emphasis is devoted to team building, mentoring, discipleship and leadership development in the context of developing relationships of trust in an environment of grace.

This course includes three phases:

Phase 1: online (Moodle), 4-6 weeks prior to on-campus-period with approximately 30 hours of study time.

Phase 2: Face-to-Face (dates above) with appr. 40 hours of study time including 15-25 face-to-face hours. The online meetings will take place between 11 a.m and 6 p.m. Technical requirements: stable internet connection, camera and microphone.

Phase 3: online (Moodle), 8 weeks following face-to-face period with appr. 80 hours of study time to finish assignments.
